Dr. Fazzini graduated in 1977 from Temple University School of Dentistry with his D.D.S. degree. After serving in the US Navy for 2 years at Parris Island, South Carolina, he moved to Pittsburgh to join a large cosmetic and restorative practice in the downtown area. In 1986 he opened his own practice in The Park Building where he still practices advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry today.

Dr. Fazzini has been a life long member of the Academy of General Dentistry where he has been awarded Fellowship status. He also holds memberships in the American Dental Association and The Pennsylvania Dental Association.

He is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida as well as the Schuster Center for Professional Development in Scotsdale, Arizona. He continues to be an active student of dentistry through his  participation in the Pittsburgh Academy of Dentistry and his regular attendance at national conferences and symposia.

Dr. Fazzini's current areas of concentration are cosmetic and implant dentistry.

In 2003, Dr. Fazzini opened a suburban location now operating in Harmarville and he staffs this office 2 days a week.

Dr. Fazzini has been married to Janet for 30 years and they have three children.
